Parking

To make your arrival at the event as smooth as possible, we encourage carpooling. The Fairmont has generously offered complimentary valet and self-parking for all attendees.

For those who need it, there is a large, designated section at the southwest end of the parking lot (by the event entrance) for handicapped parking. Please note that valet parking, while available, is not the closest to the event. If you choose this option, gratuity would be appreciated for the hardworking Fairmont staff.

Lanterns are commonly used around the world in ceremonies to inspire remembrance, hope and good fortune.

Lanterns are retrieved at the end of the release, the bases are saved, and the lantern papers are disposed of in a respectful manner.
