2024 Schedule of Events
Thursday
Alumni can arrive early for Reunion Weekend on Thursday.
If you are staying on campus Thursday night, dorm room check-in will close at 4:00 pm. If you need to arrive after 4:00 pm, please contact the Alumni Relations office to make arrangements.
5:00 pm The Palmer-Donnell House Guild will host its Annual Meeting at the house. Guild members and others interested are welcome to attend.
6:30 pm Light summer-time supper will be provided for those who arrive on Thursday
7:30 pm The 50-year Class will host a Movie of Memories night for all who want to attend. The recorded years will reflect time on the hill from the late 60s to the mid-70s.
Friday
7:30 am Early bird coffee bar available and light breakfast available for Thursday night guests in Ray Dining Hall
9:00 am Registration in the Admin Foyer.
After registering, head to the SUB and enjoy refreshments while viewing the 150th Anniversary Celebration history display.
11:00 am Join the 50-year Reunion Class for the Annual Golden Flame Luncheon in Ray Dining Hall.
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Campus Bus Tours will be available outside of Ray Dining Hall.
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Reunion Row will be set up outside near the Eunomian Fountain. In honor of the Class of 94, " the class who survived the ice storm," we will have an Icee machine available for everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. We will also have live music on the lawn!
(In case of rain, reunion row will be located in parlors in Whitfield and Stevens dorms.)
3:30 pm If you are a Lifetime member, join Dr. McMillin at the Palmer Donnell House for the annual Lifetime Member Tea.
4:00 pm-5:00 pm Palmer-Donnell Open House
4:00 pm-5:00 pm Miss BMC Reunion Reception in Mo Kwong Room of Guyton Library
5:00 pm Sing and Dine for our Friday Night Supper - A Casual, Family-Friendly Dinner - in Ray Dining Hall.
(Follies will immediately follow dinner and be located in Ray Dining Hall)
Saturday
7:30 am Breakfast in Ray Dining Hall
8:00 am – 9:00 am Visit the 150th Anniversary Celebration history display in the SUB before the annual meeting!
9:30 am The Alumni Association Annual Meeting will be in the MLB Auditorium
11:00 am Join the 2024 Alumni Awards recipients for the Alumni Awards Luncheon in Ray Dining Hall.
(All alumni awards will be recognized at this time)
