About BGC Mercer:

About the Foundation

Formed in 2019, the Foundation's mission is to build the Club's endowment and plant roots for a sustainable future for generations of BGC Mercer youth.

The Foundation is a separately governed and operated 501(c)(3) non-profit, made up of community stakeholders, former Board of Trustee members, and Club supporters. The Foundation’s goal is to raise awareness about the Boys & Girls Club in the community, and provide a critical source of funding each year to enable the Club to fulfill it’s vital mission.

Donations are designed to the Club's various endowment funds, and are invested to both preserve the principal and provide modest growth for annual contributions back to the Club.

Please make a gift in support of the Foundation to help ensure Club programs are available for future generations of Club youth!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County provides young people, ages 5-18, with educational, social, enrichment and recreational activities through full-day, after school, summer and online programs.  Our focus is to build bright futures! Each year BGC Mercer gives 2,600 youth access to programs that provide character and leadership skill development, college and career preparation, and knowledge about healthier living.  Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
