This fall, I have the privilege of participating in a special event hosted by our club ambassador, Joe Durant. I first met Joe when I was ten years old, and he was the one who first inspired me to pick up a golf club. That moment set me on a path that ultimately led to the founding of Pensacola Golf Club and to a lifelong devotion to this game. On the day of the event, I will join others in playing 100 holes of golf in a single day. While the number itself may sound daunting, the true purpose is far greater. Our efforts will raise critical support for First Tee Gulf Coast, a program dedicated to teaching young people the values of character, perseverance, and integrity through the game of golf. My personal goal is to raise $1,500 to benefit this cause. I would be honored if you would consider supporting my efforts.
