My family suffers from Hemophilia A. It all started with a simple outpatient procedure for our son Jake that led to unstoppable bleeding, 3 ER visits, doctors who wouldn't listen, lots of scary days & nights, and then finally a caring Medical Team at St. Joseph’s HTC that finally diagnosed him and provided treatment to stop the bleeding. Many years later, we have found that I too have Hemophilia A, including my daughter, my sister. We all carry the gene. We have learned alot and the bleeding disorder community have welcomed us with open arms. They have provided so much support. We ask that you help this wonderful nonprofit organization.
