11th ANNUAL CHEVAL CARES 5K DONATES OVER $45,000 TO PEDIATRIC CANCER RESEARCH!
We are so grateful for every participant, sponsor, donor, vendor, and volunteer that contributed to the success of our 11th Annual Cheval Cares 5k Family Fun Run! BECAUSE OF THE GENEROUS OUTPOURING OF SUPPORT FROM AROUND OUR COMMUNITY, together we netted over $45,000 for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation to fund research and hope for children battling cancer!

TOP FUNDRAISERS:
We would especially like to recognize MICHAEL DOUGLAS and his team HANNAH’S HONOR for raising almost $9,000 for pediatric cancer research this year! Wow! This is a new event record!!! Michael organizes this team each year in loving memory of his sweet daughter Hannah and we are so blessed to be able to partner together with this group in funding research in her honor. Thank you to many other special families and teams that also joined us and raised funds for the cause this year!
One more big shoutout to the “KIDS FOR A CURE” team for organizing a successful book sale once again. What an amazing group of compassionate young ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your hard work for the cause too!!!

As you know, the true inspiration behind this entire event is the brave children who are warriors in the fight against cancer…OUR SUPERHEROES, as I referred to them at the starting line! These children are the reason we have come together for 11 years now, and we want to continue funding much needed research and hope in their honor... We are excited to welcome you to our very special 11th Annual Cheval Cares 5K Family Fun Run, presented by Allstate & The Arndt Family. This year’s festivities will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Cheval Athletic Club and will again feature a fundraising 5K through the Cheval neighborhood, followed by a family celebration at the playground and basketball court.
We are happy to be back to hosting an in-person event and can’t wait to feel the energy and camaraderie of such an amazing group of supporters! We will continue to offer a virtual registration option for those that are not able to attend or want to still participate on their own from afar.

DAY OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 7AM ON 9/24 FOR CHEVAL RESIDENTS ONLY. DONATIONS ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED ONLINE. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
