This October, I’m joining Epilepsy Canada’s 1in100 Challenge — walking, running, or moving 100 km to raise awareness and funds for the 1 in 100 Canadians living with epilepsy. Every step I take this month is to help fund research, education, and support programs for people like me, affected by epilepsy.
