I'm excited to be supporting my friends, Shawn and Tom, and a cause that is near and dear to their hearts by participating in the Hopes & Hearts Run/Walk and being a member of Team Theo. Many people I care about have suffered with pregnancy loss or have struggled with infertility. Missing GRACE Foundation’s mission is to provide support, resources and education for families and professional care providers when there is loss of a baby, infertility or adoption challenges. Your support is appreciated! You can also participate in the event on September 15th to walk, run and honor all of the families affected by the loss of a baby.
