Know Before You Go

Agenda (times are subject to change)
•    9:00 a.m. - The rally will begin at Nemours Children’s Hospital for vehicle display, driver check-in, and breakfast. 
•    9:45 a.m. - Driver briefing to go over the route and safety tips before rolling out to begin the Rally 
•    10:00 a.m. - Depart Nemours Children's Hospital. Route map and specific directions can be found in your driver booklet which you will receive at check-in
•    1:00pm - Arrive at K1 Speed for lunch, awards ceremony, vehicle displays, and karting tournament
 
Arrival & event registration
•    Upon arrival at Nemours Children's Hospital (13535 Nemours Parkway, Orlando), please proceed to the roundabout directly in front of the hospital. From here you will be directed to an appropriate area to park along the circle. Please do not park in undesignated areas. 
•    After you have parked, please proceed to driver check-in, which will be marked by a Cars4Kids banner directly in front of the hospital along the main walkway. 
•    Please bring a photo ID for check-in and to receive materials included with registration. 
•    After checking in, drivers will be able to get breakfast and refreshments as well as place decals on vehicles


K1 Speed pre-registration
•    K1 Speed requires an additional form and waiver to participate in karting.  Save time on Saturday by completing the form online now at http://k1orlando.clubspeedtiming.com/sp_center/register.aspx. Make sure to enter the event code: 207591 at the end of the form
•    You will still have to sign the K1 electronic waivers once onsite but this will alleviate a significant portion of time from your K1 registration
•    K1 Speed is not included for ride-along guests.  If you would prefer your ride-along guest to race in your place, please have them complete the form instead and notify us of the change during driver check-in at Nemours Children's Hospital.  


Some things to keep in mind while at the hospital or driving
•    Please remember that the hospital is open and active, so we need to be mindful of families and patients trying to get in for medical attention. Please be sure to leave room in the roundabout for them to enter/exit. 
•    When we are on the open road we are representing more than just ourselves; we are representatives of Nemours Children's Hospital, Central Florida Cars and Coffee, and all of our other sponsors and partners. Please be mindful of this and drive safely and with respect for your fellow rally participants and bystanders.
•    No burnouts! 
•    Remember to have FUN!!
