Hello Team Platypus! 

Now that we are less than a week away from the walk, here are a few more details you might want to know.  Everyone will be getting a dark blue Fraser Walk shirt just for signing up.  In an attempt to keep our funds focused on the walk, I opted not to spend money on additional team T-shirts. (Plus, with over 50 team members, that’s a lot of funds!) Instead, please wear a BLACK shirt.  I (Kristin) will also bring some other goofy thing that will help our teammates be recognizable as we walk around the Mall.

EVENT SCHEDULE: (Fraser Walk details, Team Platypus details)

7–8 a.m. Registration and breakfast (Rotunda, MOA, Level 1) Music & Entertainment  This is the time that you can mosey in.  In the past, there have been bagels and fruit, so go grab breakfast and meet us UPDATE: We've been assigned a location!  We will now be meeting near iCandy Sugar Shop which should still be near the main rotunda.  We will meet altogether at 7:45 to get a group picture before we split off for the walk.  If you have any trouble finding us that morning, my phone number is 612.978.9987.

7:30-7:50a.m. Music & Entertainment

8 a.m. Kick-off rally/ Walk begins The Walk has no beginning line or finish line and is meant to be at your own pace.  Our big group will split off into smaller groups to walk around that first level.  Enjoy the activities, say hello to fellow teammates when you see them out around the mall, and stay as long as your family/group is comfortable. Have fun!

9 a.m. Music & Entertainment

9:15 a.m. Wrap-up rally Kids often have their own agenda, so don’t stress if you don’t make it back for this!  You can choose if you want to meet back for the rally or not.

10 a.m. Event Ends – Mall Stores Open
