King Boreas, the Vulcan Krewe and the 2018 Winter Carnival Royal Family need your help to collect at least $5,000. It’s the Minneapolis Aquatennial vs. the St. Paul Winter Carnival and we’re proud to pull for our hometown, Team St. Paul!!
