Junior Achievement is a volunteer driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. In fact, they are the world's largest and fastest growing non-profit economic education organization.

They form partnerships between businesses and educators, which allow the classroom volunteers to use their personal experiences along with JA's curricula to help K-12 students connect the dots between the classroom and the real world.

Across Arkansas this year, Junior Achievement will reach over 14,000 students with their financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship lessons. Because our dedicated volunteers and generous business partners, they are able to give young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for the future, and make smart academic decisions.
