RULES

  • ALL ONLINE FUNDRAISING WILL BE DISABLED AT 3:00 PM ON EVENT DAY. Donations for Teams and Team Members will be accepted at the event (check, cash, credit cards) and will be counted toward fundraising totals.
  • All teams will be allowed 1 minute to warm up and get acquainted with the floor and basket before their 5 minute time slot begins.
  • Only contestants, officials/scorers will be allowed on the floor during the contest
  • Twelve (12) regulation sized basket-balls per basket shall be used during the contest.
  • Teams will be given 5 minutes to shoot as many baskets as possible from the designated shot spots as marked on the Rupp Arena floor
  • Each basket value will match the shot spot used.
  • Teams raising $2,000 - $4,999.99 will have an extra 30 seconds added to their 5 minutes for a total time of 5 minutes and 30 seconds (Total does not include the team fee).
  • Teams raising $5,000 and above will have an extra minute added to their play time for a total time of 6 minutes.
  • There will be four referees/scorers (one assigned to each team member) at each basket to record the results on score sheets. The decision of the scorers is final.
  • Each team member is allowed two (2) successful one point shots.
  • Each team will be responsible for their own ball retrieval. There will be one rack of balls available for each team.
  • Both ends of the court will be used simultaneously.
