The Pastoral Care Éclat Award

Pastoral Care provides for the spiritual and emotional needs of our patients and their families who find themselves at Nemours Children's Hospital Delaware.  We are surrounded by so many great teams here who give great effort to partner with us in doing so.

Éclat is a French word meaning "brilliant display" an apt description for the work that all of our teams do each day!  Pastoral Care would like to introduce the Éclat Award to recognize those teams who collaborate and work together with us in providing Pastoral Care.  As we present this award, we hope to show our gratitude to our colleagues who diligently and sacrificially care for the body, soul, and spirit of these patients.
