Help me keep all the people who care for children at Nemours Children's Hospital as shiny as their brilliant selves can be. My department is launching a way to give our teammates a regular boost.

Pastoral Care provides spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families who find themselves at Nemours Children's Hospital Delaware.  We realize how astounding it is to be surrounded by so many great teams here at Nemours who partner with us in caring for these dear people. We want to hold them up to the light.

Éclat is a French word meaning "brilliant display" an apt description for the work that all of our teams do each day!  Pastoral Care would like to introduce the Éclat Award to recognize those teams who collaborate and work together with us in providing Pastoral Care.  As we present this award, we hope to show our gratitude to our colleagues who diligently and sacrificially care for the body, soul, and spirit of these patients.
