I have been working for The Arc a little over 4 years now, and I'm continually amazed what our participants can accomplish when given the support and encouragement they deserve. Our mission is to provide that support and help each individual work towards discovering their own personal best, not the expectations of others. We assist and guide them towards achieving those goals, whether that is becoming a part of the community, learning to care for themselves, self-advocacy, or finding meaningful employment.

Funding for these services is not sufficient to allow us to meet these needs.
