GIFTS MATCHED!
Help brighten the holiday season for local seniors in need! VISTE clients range in age from 70-107. Many live alone and have no family nearby. The visit by a friendly VISTE volunteer may be the only holiday celebration they have.
There are two ways to share holiday smiles along with much-needed items for your elderly neighbors.
A gift of $15 will provide a VISTE client with a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings, a beautiful live poinsettia, artwork by local schoolchildren, and other treats. Caring volunteers will deliver the meals - and a smile - and take time to visit. This year 2,000 Thanksgiving meals will be delivered to local seniors in need!
A gift of $25 will provide VISTE clients with a Holiday Personal Care Box filled to the brim with essential personal care and household items. Volunteers deliver the boxes to 400 of our most financially-vulnerable elderly clients, including clients who are military veterans.
