We are so excited and proud to be participating in the LVIM Swan Derby this year. LVIM is a non-profit and their mission is to provide free high-quality medical, dental and mental health care to the working uninsured in Polk County in a compassionate manner. That means the treatment is free and the care is free too! It is absolutely amazing the impact LVIM has on our community. In 2021 alone they were the medical home to 2,671 patients and 96% of LVIM's staff is volunteers. Donors and volunteerism make this happen and that is why we are asking YOU to please donate to this dedicated mission, and help to watch the continued success.
