Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success. The volunteer-delivered, kindergarten - 12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.
I have volunteered in the classrooms, watching the students really engage in these programs and start connecting how businesses and the community work together. I have also volunteered on the fundraising side of Junior Achievement, too! This is just as important as we raise the much-needed funds to be able to provide the program materials for each student.
