As part of Regions’ long-term commitment to financial education, the bank is continuing their support of Junior Achievement of Alabama and their efforts to connect students with essential money-management skills. The Bowling Classic is a fundraising event where Regions associates come together to raise money for JA programs in a fun, teambuilding atmosphere. Last year, 250 Birmingham-area Regions associates helped raise more than $116,000 through the Bowling Classic.  The money raised funded JA programs in financial education, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship in local schools. Regions Next Step and Junior Achievement share the goal of educating future generations on financial wellness, so our participation is a match made in bowling heaven!
