I’m participating in this year’s Regions Bank Bowling Fundraiser to support Junior Achievement.
The impact of Junior Achievement programs is priceless and lives are changed in every classroom. Junior Achievement volunteers teach kids about money management and how business works. Students get hands-on experience to help prepare them to compete in an increasingly competitive global workforce. As a result, they are more likely to have a positive outlook for the future, more likely to believe they will graduate from high school and college and more likely to explore entrepreneurship.
During the 2021-22 school year 1,050 volunteers taught JA programs in 151 different schools to 32,755 students. With your help, we will reach more than 33,000 students this school year.
The JA Bowling Classic is JA's single largest fundraising event to develop the resources necessary to provide this valuable programming for our youth.
