My friend Linda McNamara and I ride this every year.  We have ridden in pouring rain and scorching sunshine and everything in-between.

I ride this in Memory of my late husband, Bill Baxter, and in honor of my son who first did this ride in a rear seat on his dad's bike.

The Refuge helps so many families in Erie County and is unique in what they do.  It warms my heart to think that I can ride and have fun culminating in a GREAT picnic and yet STILL be helping to improve the lives of the homeless.
