Why I love Veritas!

Hi my name is Chelsea!

I came to Veritas last year when I was in 2nd grade. This year I'm in 3rd grade and my teacher is Mrs. Smith. My favorite subject is Writing because it expands my mind and creativity. My friends are always there to help me when I'm out of ideas, or having trouble writing. I'm in Veritas' afterschool newspapers club, where we write about everything that happens at school. One time, I was writing a how-to piece (ex: how to study for a quiz). I was stuck with my mind blank. Luckily, some of my friends were there to help me brainstorm and give ideas. They really gave me a huge confidence boost and this encouraged to write more! I hope that more students can join our warm community to experience our amazing friendships!
