In just a few days I’ll be running a 5k for inclusion ! Although inclusion has always been a part of my life given having so many family members .. 5 years ago when my son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum , that word took a deeper meaning in our house . A few years ago I found a foundation that was “local” ish moms who banded together to start a solid foundation with their children in mind , Rock the spectrum foundation . I followed them on social media for years before my gf Lauren Rousseau amped myself up in to meet these local moms and their following of mama bears . I decided to join their team for the 2024 Northeast Arc run ! Donations, a share or your support is sweetly appreciated!
