Giving kids in need the chance to read

I'm fundraising for Page Ahead's A Taste for Reading benefit luncheon to help build home libraries for Washington kids who really need them. I've been working with Page Ahead for over a decade and this cause is very dear to my heart. I currently work in a Head Start classroom once a month as a story time reader. The pandemic has made it even harder for kids in communities of concentrated low income to access books and keep their reading skills up—but giving kids their own books at home, that they can read at any time, will make a difference!

Please join me at the luncheon on May 2 (either in person at the Four Seasons Seattle or by watching online), or consider making a gift now. Together, we can give EVERY kid the chance to read!
