Welcome to my fundraising page! I will once again be running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. This year I am proud to partner with Team One Step to empower children diagnosed with cancer and their families. I will be running in honor of my best friend, Torsie, who always partnered up with me to run in college. We spent countless runs through Lexington, KY blasting John Mayer on her phone and laughing on our routes. I always envision her with me on my long runs while I listen to John Mayer on my playlist. 

Team One Step supports Camp One Step by Children's Oncology Services, an organization that operates camps and other recreational and educational experiences for children who have been diagnosed with cancer.  One Step Programs aim to cure the spirit by providing an environment of hope, strength, and empowerment. During the pandemic, Camp One Step pivoted to offer virtual camps so now they can serve more children than ever before- even in their hospital beds.
