I'm participating in DogFest Southeast Region to support the mission of Canine Companions: to bring service dogs into the lives of people with disabilities free of charge. My life has been so greatly enriched by the pups and people of Canine Companions. Since I began my involvement in 2018, I have raised 5 pups, and I serve as a member of the leadership team of the Carolina Crescent Volunteer Chapter and on the Inclusion & Diversity Committee for the Southeast Region. Canine Companions has even contributed to my career path, in which I work with people with disabilities to get them into jobs in the technology sector. This organization allows me a sense of community while I champion accessibility and inclusion in my day to day. 

Leading up to DogFest Southeast Region, I am raising money to support the Canine Companions mission.
