The MidFlorida Golden Retriever Club elected to participate in the Canine Companions for Independence DogFest fundraiser activity for two major reasons. One, we recognize the incredible life changing event the gift of a trained service dog can make to an individual or family. We know CCI is one of the best providers of service dogs and that they do this at no cost to the recipient. Second, the MFGRC is passionate about our breed and we know the infinite joy the golden retriever brings to people. CCI uses many golden retrievers in their training program and we want to give a big shout out to our purebred dogs that help make CCI mission possible.
Our club members will be on site volunteering and participating in the Orlando Dogfest event. I have started our fundraiser with a personal commitment of 250.00! Please join our team by considering a donation to CCI! Any amount is welcome!

I'm participating in DogFest Orlando because I love dogs and know the joy they bring to our lives each and every day. I also believe in Canine Companions and their mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities FREE of charge.
Leading up to DogFest Orlando, I am raising money to support the Canine Companions mission. The impact these dogs have on the lives of people with disabilities is incredible. Help me get to my fundraising goal by donating online so we can get more of these amazing Canine Companions service dogs into the lives of those who need them.
