The DSF has had many opportunities for me to participate. Many have been answering requests for filling out surveys or participating in clinical trials have been a great way to help with Dravet research. Annual fund drives, T-Shirt promotions, and attending a couple of fund raisers that have been local to me have been ways to help raise money. We have traveled to the DSF Biannual Conferences as a family for many years. Now that my older two children have moved on in their own lives, I have been looking for a way to really help with a fundraiser. The Dye for Dravet gives me an opportunity to really dive in to a help raise money for Dravet. And for those how know me, dying my hair purple is a bit out of character for me which really makes the statement I want to make!
