Dear Volunteers,
Me and Brilyn were both born premature, I was born 10 weeks early with my twin , and Brilyn was born 12 weeks early. Brilyn and I both had to spend 2 months at the NICU. I was born at the Holtz Children's Hospital,and Brilyn was born at the South Miami Hospital. While I was there I had to get a blood tranfusion, becasue of an infection I developed there, and Brilyn was on a ventilator and had a few blood tranfusions too. The NICU saved our lives, and the community around it was very impactful for both and our parents. Thank you for helping us on this journey to help other families like ours!
