I recently attended USA Water Polo's Olympic Development Program (ODP) National Championship tournament as a selected member of the Southern Pacific zone team. Following the tournament, I was recognized as top 70 in the nation and have been invited to attend the National Team Selection Camp (NTSC). Getting invited to this camp was a big goal for me this year and is the next step for athletes who will be selected for the National Team for the Development age group. USA Water Polo does not receive any funding for these programs so they have asked all of us who were invited to the camp to raise money to support their ability to continue offering opportunities like these to motivated athletes like me.
