Hey, I'm Cooper! I'm excited to share my selection to attend the USA Water Polo National Team Selection Camp. It's the final step towards joining the National Team, which is my BIG 2024 GOAL! To help maintain the success of the Olympic Development Program (ODP), each athlete is asked to raise $1,425 ahead of their NTSC weekend. ODP is not funded by the USOPC or by government funds (like the other countries Team USA competes with). 100% of these proceeds will be allocated to ODP, of which I AM a part. My journey in water polo began when I was 9 years old when my good friend MJ Sines invited me to his water polo practice. It was the sport I didn’t know I was looking for. The very next day my parents signed me to Texas Thunder Water Polo Club (thunderpolo.com), which has been my home ever since. One of the biggest turning points was the opportunity to be coached and mentored by Coach Jason Gall. The time that Coach Gall has put into my training is irreplaceable. I will forever be grateful for his knowledge and patience. Also, none of this would have been possible without the support of my family and teammates, who have always pushed me to be my best.
