For 14years, your generous support has enabled TeamQCP, the TCS NYC Marathon charity team that I have been a part of since 2010, to raise over $380,000 for Queens Centers for Progress (QCP). This year is the 53rd Annual NYC Marathon and I will, once again, be out running the five boroughs – along with my other teammates - on Sunday, November 3, 2024 in support of QCP. Our elite team of marathoners choose to run for QCP each year because the organization continues to provide life-enriching and life-sustaining programs to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities – as they have done for 74 years. Thanks to YOU, QCP continues to provide quality programs to the individuals in their Children’s Center, Adult Day Habilitation and Residential programs with the resources they need to live their best lives! Even throughout the pandemic, they provided much-needed assistance to their program participants. YOUR SUPPORT MAKES THAT HAPPEN! Each year these marathons get more difficult, but visiting Queens Centers for Progress certainly puts life in perspective, and provides a vivid reminder of how fortunate we, and our families, are each day. No doubt, finishing the marathon this year will be a challenge. However, your donation will certainly make it easier, and is greatly appreciated.
