I am a survivor of preeclampsia. I was diagnosed at 29 weeks. I spent 12 days in the hospital with 3 magnesium drips prior to given birth. I had Viviana at 33 weeks 4 days. She arrived in style via an emergency c-section. Her feisty 3 lb 3 ounce little self never stop fighting. Not before she arrived and not after. I waited 27 hours to see and hold her. It felt like a lifetime. She spent 23 LONG days in the NICU. We are extremely lucky that Viviana and myself are healthy. We walk to raise awareness and to show how strong we are!
