I developed preeclampsia in 2020. I had to be induced at 37 weeks, and actually ended up in the ICU after being sent home because they didn't fill my blood pressure medicine for days. I'd never had blood pressure problems until partway into my pregnancy, and once recovering, haven't needed them since.
Why I Walk
My son had to wear preemie clothes when he was born due to being induced early. I had a traumatic experience with pregnancy and postpartum due to preeclampsia, which I had never even heard of until I was diagnosed with it.
