As a mother of three small children, with a nephew with special needs, and whose mom was an RN in Family Birthing for 35+ years serving underprivileged communities, I knew this organization was the right fit to be involved in.
Wonderland provides early-intervention therapy and support to children with prenatal substance exposure, which affects 4x as many children as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Yet, resources and services to support this growing pop. are severely limited. In fact, Wonderland is the only clinic in WA! I am humbled to be involved in this organization, and as I learn more, I am even more inspired by the incredible impact Wonderland has on families in our local community.
