She Thrives is an annual event hosted by AGE of Central Texas that equips women of all ages and backgrounds and the men who support them with resources, information, and community to validate and support them as they navigate their journey through aging and caregiving.
The annual She Thrives: The Art of Aging events will be held in November 2024 to launch national Family Caregiver Month!

This fundraising event will include
- Plated 3-course plated dinner,
- Open bar
- The Main Event - Style show featuring the stories of local family caregivers, and fundraising games.
She Thrives celebrates the belief that when women and caregivers thrive, the community thrives. All proceeds from the event will be used to provide family caregivers in Central Texas with needed support, education, and care through AGE of Central Texas.
Texans while raising needed funds to provide critical caregiver support programs through AGE of Central Texas.
