Erika's Lighthouse is an organization that provides mental heath resources to youth, with a specific focus on minorities and POC. As many of you know, this is something I've grown to be very passionate about during my running career, I thought this was a great organization to partner with for Chicago 2024. Given how many of us have grappled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders or other mental health diseases, the proliferation of resources is more important than ever, especially for kids. Any generosity is greatly welcome - I promise to run hard and run fast. XOXO, Alex

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.
