Mara Hair and Mode Studio’s Pink Wave Campaign
For the past 6 years, Mara Hair and Mode Studio has been deeply committed to supporting the fight against breast cancer through our Pink Wave Campaign. This cause is incredibly personal to us, as we’ve seen many friends, family members, and cherished clients face this devastating disease.
This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 for the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. While we won’t be hosting our usual Pinktoberfest, we’re still fundraising in a big way—and we need your support now more than ever!
Donate & Win!
With every donation, you’ll be entered into our raffle to win incredible prizes donated by local businesses and our salon. All funds raised will go directly to the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation.
- In Salon: Show your donation receipt to the front desk for raffle tickets. Cash donations are also accepted.
- Online Donations: Email star@marahairandmode.com with your donation receipt, name, phone number, and where you’d like your raffle tickets to go. You can split your tickets between prizes however you’d like.
Raffle Ticket Tiers:
- 1 Ticket: $5
- 5 Tickets: $20
- 10 Tickets: $35
- 20 Tickets: $65
- 50 Tickets: $150
- 100 Tickets: $280
- 200 Tickets: $500
- 500 Tickets: $1,000

- Jana: $250 gift card towards an appointment (Open to all—even those not on her client list!)
- Rebecca: Blonding hair appointment (Up to $400 value, open to all!)

- Austin: 2 Haircuts (2 winners)
- Yamil: Partial Highlights and Haircut ($250 value)

Event: Cut-a-Thon
- Date: October 20th
- Details: Our talented stylists will be offering dry haircuts for a $50+ CASH ONLY donation.
- Minimum donation: $50 (suggested donation is equal to the cost of a regular haircut).
- Book online or text the front desk at 571-992-0407.
- Please arrive with clean, dry hair. This event will be indoors at the salon.
Auction Event:
Date: October 30th at 6pm.
Taking place at our boutique Mode on Main by Mara at 10417 Main St. Fairfax VA.
