Brian loved life in every way.  Sports, friends, his work with kids, food and did I mention sports?  We met in 2007 on eHarmony and were married on May 9, 2009.  Two months later, Brian was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer.  It was a shock for all of us that loved him dearly.  We found some information about the Wellness House and began going to the support groups every week.  We participated for 5 years until his passing in 2014.  In 2012 we couldn't afford to make a donation like we always tried to so we started a team for the walk.  That year we brough in over $13,000 and Brian was so excited to be able to raise so much for the House.  We aren't the bigest fundraisers these days (I have started a new business and my free time is not as abundant as it used to be) but we walk every year in Brian's memory and to help provide their amazing services to so many more that need support when cancer comes around.
