How to Use the Givi App for our Evening of Aloha Auction

Instructions for Downloading and Using the Givi app

For the best experience during our auction, we are suggesting guests use the Givi app. Through Givi, you will be able to view our auction items, bid on gorgeous art, get updates and alerts, and check out quickly and easily! 

Downloading Givi and signing in before the event, if you are able, will help speed you through the check-in process the night of the event and allow you to more quickly get to socializing, snacking and viewing our fabulous collection of art!  

Here's how it works:

First, download the Givi app through the App Store or using one of the QR codes below:

Once you have downloaded Givi, follow the steps below:

  • Hit Join + Find Event. Our event is “Evening of Aloha and Art Auction”
  • Enter the email address you used to register for our Evening of Aloha Auction. Hit Submit.
  • You can then choose to have your ticket emailed or texted to you. Add your phone number if it is not already in the account.
  • The system can then text or email you a passcode to confirm it is you.
  • You may then be prompted to create a password to finalize your account.
  • You will then see the details of your ticket - Name, email, phone, etc. 
  • Next, set your notifications so that you can stay up to date before the event and during the event: via email, text, in the app or all three. If you are bidding on items, you will want to be sure to get alerts if you are outbid or if bidding is closing soon! 
  • Lastly, enter a payment method to keep on file for bidding and so that you can check out easily and quickly at the end of the night.
