Spring is just around the corner which means it is time for The Arc March!.  I am getting ready to head outside to ride my adaptive bicycle which I received from The Arc And a private donor last year!!  This bike allows me to get some exercise everyday. Due to my Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy, I can't ride a "normal bike" so this has allowed me to get out and have some fun bike riding. The Arc is very important in my life.  They provide me with opportunities to be with my peers on weekdays through the Day Habilitation Program. I also get to participate in my favorite activities and give my moms a break, with the respite & group respite programs (my favorite is bowling with friends on Mondays!).  Without The Arc, I wouldn't get to spend as much time with my friends.  The Arc has helped my family over the years and I love participating.
