BACK FOR 2025!!! This year's 5K is on March 15th to support The Bell Center for Early Intervention Programs! Last year you helped me raise $1,800 for Alabama familiess with children at risk of developmental delay, and this year we want to go even further. Can you help me go further? No donation amount is too small to make a difference!

As in 2024, on 5K eve I will be drawing one name at random from the pool of those who have donated. That lucky winner will choose how I style my facial hair for the big race! Shout out to David Chesnutt for 2024's infamous "Monkey Tail" as seen in the profile pic!
