In the Austin Powers film series, Fembots are female androids created by Dr. Evil’s
henchwoman, Frau Farbissina. They serve as minor antagonists, designed to seduce and
then eliminate Austin Powers. The Fembots are characterized by their attractive
appearances and deadly capabilities, often malfunctioning or self-destructing during their
attempts to kill Austin. They first appeared “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery”
and were notably featured in “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me”. The concept of
Fembots draws inspiration from earlier media, including the 1965 film “Dr. Goldfoot and the
Bikini Machine” and the 1976 TV series “The Bionic Woman”.
