About Lansing Catholic's CAT Week

Welcome to CAT Week, our annual athletic fundraiser dedicated to elevating the Lansing Catholic High School experience for all our student-athletes and our community.  

CAT Week, which stands for Cougars All Together is your opportunity to show your Cougar spirit and support your athletic team. Lansing Catholic Cougars from all generations will come together to raise critical dollars for:

  • Elite Student-Athlete Experience: Creating opportunities for holistic growth and success
  • Equipment Upgrades: Ensuring our teams have the best and safest gear
  • Team Travel Expenses: Supporting our teams' travel to away games and tournaments
  • Uniforms: Providing our athletes with top-quality attire
  • Strength and Conditioning: Enhancing physical fitness and athletic performance through state-of-the-art training programs
  • Facility Improvements: Enhancing training and competition spaces
  • Academic Support: Offering resources for academic excellence

These resources allow Lansing Catholic to offer the best possible athletic experience and remain competitive among our conference rivals and other regional and state opponents. Gifts received this year will support team budgets for the academic year 2025-26.

Sport Specific Giving

Give to WHO you love!  Pick your team and make a significant impact on the Lansing Catholic student-athlete experience.  Sport specific gifts help our teams and coaches fund expenses outside of their annual operating budget.

Athletic Excellence Fund

Give to WHAT you love!  For the benefit of all LCHS student-athletes, 20% of the sport specific contributions will be directed to the Athletic Excellence Fund.

The Athletic Excellence Fund provides general support for Lansing Catholic’s 250+ student-athletes.  The unrestricted annual support from alumni, parents, and friends is critical to the continued success of Lansing Catholic Athletics.

Cougar Club Champions Challenge

Your donation this week will help your favorite team(s) unlock bonus prizes, generously provided by our new Cougar Booster Club (more information on that later):

  • $1,000 to the team with the highest percentage of giving 
    2024 Winner: Baseball

  • $500 to the team with the most dollars raised 
    2024 Winner: Marching Band

  • $500 to each team that reaches its giving goal 
    2024 Winner: Girls Golf

  • If every team reaches its goal, $5,000 to the Athletic Excellence Fund to invest in all of Cougar Athletics

How Can You Make A Difference?

  1. Make your Gift: The challenge is participation driven. Make a gift to your team(s) and help them achieve their goals and come out on top!

  2. Elevate your Giving: Gifts of every amount help our student-athletes, but the team with the most funds raised has an opportunity to unlock additional funds through the Cougar Club Champions Challenge.

  3. Spread the Word: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and fellow Cougar supporters. Together, we can amplify our reach and make this week of giving a resounding success.

  4. Get Involved: Volunteer your time and expertise to help organize your team's outreach efforts. Your involvement is crucial in making our campaign a triumph.
