Hey y'all! We are Blaine and Matt South and we are so excited to go on the Dancing With the Arc Stars journey with everyone involved! It is an honor to raise awareness for an organization that has such a profound impact in Washington County.
A little about us - we met in the fall of 2018 shortly after Blaine moved up to the area from Tennessee. We went to Barefoot Bernie’s (RIP) to play trivia on our first date, and then walked across the Dual Highway to Dairy Queen afterwards - that part is a whole other story. We have been together ever since, getting married in September 2023 and having our little guy, Teddy, in November 2024. We have a shared love of concerts, thrifting, trivia, and going on walks.
We are thrilled to see how the local community steps up to support the Arc, and we are looking forward to picking up some new dance moves along the way!

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that is near and dear to our hearts! Matt's family has personally been touched by the amazing services the Arc provides. His aunt, Shawne, participates in the Arc's programs and receives invaluable support from this loving and generous community.
Every dollar is a vote towards your favorite dance duo. You are allowed to vote as many times as you would like to help the dancers reach their team goal.
Team winner will be announced at the event on October 18th.
Each dance team determine their own goal. This thermometer does not indicate which team is in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
