I decided to give my miles more meaning by raising money for the Dragonmaster initiative in the process. It is rare to find someone who hasn't been touched by cancer in some way, my self included. When my younger brother was 12 years old he was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. Thankfully, he is currently healthy and living in remission but the time of my familiy's life when he was undergoing treatment was one of the most difficult times. I remember the wonderful charity organizations developed to assist cancer patients and their families were so helpful and brought light in that dark time.
