Last year, Rowen had the incredible opportunity to run the Disney 10K with Team Fired Up! After losing my friend Shannon to cancer, Rowen wanted to make a difference in this world in her honor and that is why we found Team Fired UP! It was an unforgettable experience meeting Amanda, her family, and the entire team, and seeing firsthand the inspiring work they do in honor of her son, who bravely fought cancer. While Rowen decided to step back from training for a half marathon with me this year, we are both passionate about supporting this cause.
