I’m participating in DogFest Southwest 2025 because I know firsthand just how life-changing a service dog can be. Nico isn’t just my service dog.  He’s my teammate, my constant companion, and one of the biggest reasons I can live with greater independence and confidence every day. Since coming into my life, Nico has changed my world in ways I never imagined by offering not just support, but unconditional love, joy, and strength.

I’m raising money to support Canine Companions, the incredible organization that trained Nico and continues to empower people with disabilities by providing expertly trained service dogs free of charge. Their mission means everything to me because I’ve lived its impact.
