After years of cheering from the shore and helping paddlers warm up for race day, I’m thrilled to finally take my place in the boat! This year, I’m joining the incredible team from Phoenix Physical Therapy to paddle in the Dragonheart Vermont Dragon Boat Festival—a celebration of strength, community, and resilience.

This event supports cancer survivors and raises funds for programs that promote wellness and recovery through teamwork and paddling. It’s an experience close to my heart, and I’m proud to help make a difference from in the boat this time.
